Searching the Schedule

The search screen lets you pull up slots and appointments across the schedule, from a quick lookup to a detailed filter.

This video walks through the simple search by provider and date, then the advanced search, where you can add location, reason, time range, and specific working days.

You'll also learn to read the numbers across the top, work through the grouped results, and act on a slot directly, changing its provider, deleting it, or blocking and unblocking it.
