The Demographics Screen

The demographic screen holds all of a patient's personal and contact information, and you open it straight from their chart.

This video walks through the section list down the left side, so you can click through to something like the referring provider without scrolling to find it, or work through the whole page top to bottom if you'd rather.

You'll also learn where to fill in and update the patient's details, how patient colors give you a quick visual tag on schedules and lists, and what sits behind the gear icon at the top.
