The messages screen keeps every conversation and communication tied to a patient in one spot, with two tabs at the top for patient messages and SMS conversations.

This video walks through the message list, what each column tells you, and how to search and filter down by status, type, or who it's assigned to, plus the resolved toggle for bringing closed messages back into view.

You'll also learn how to send a new message, including templates, and how it reaches the patient, and how the SMS tab shows your text thread with pending, sent, and seen status on each one.
