Tracking Unfinished Visit Notes

Notes In Progress keeps track of every visit note that's been started but not yet finished, with a count on the menu showing how many are open.

This video walks through the provider and location filters, so a provider can pull up just their own notes, and shows what each row tells you: the visit date, patient, chief complaint, and status.

You'll also learn how to read that status, whether a note is still in progress, ready for review, or ready for the doctor, and how to click straight into one and pick up where you left off.
