OVERVIEW OF UPDATES three-images

 

1. Help Videos

Help videos added for Billing, Reports & Setup features to help the providers complete tasks more efficiently. Click on the question mark icon and a video will present an overview of the steps for using the features on that particular screen within the system

 

2. Submit charges to multiple plans within the same Encounter

Charges can now be entered for multiple plans on the Encounter Form, following which, multiple financial visits will be created after encounter is marked ready to bill and will remain associated with one single clinical visit, e.g. Medicare DME codes can be billed to Medicare DME plan and other non-DME codes can be billed to their respective plan

 

3. Generating Tele-visit Session Links

Patient will now receive the TeleVisit appointment confirmation email when scheduled and the TeleVisit link via email reminder to start the TeleVisit session within 30 minutes of their appointment, which will be sent via email entered in patient demographics, details are mentioned below;

Patient’s consent request has been removed from Tele-visit appointments

Tele visit link can be generated for any future appointments from Calendar which can either be sent via email or link copied to send in a text message on patient cell#

Text messages feature can be setup upon Practice request.

Patient would need to enter DOB and Zip code saved in demographics for verification before check-in Patients can check-in 30 minutes prior to their appointment otherwise they will receive a prompt "’You can only Check-in within 30 minutes of the appointment time".

Check-in time and email template is customizable upon Practice request which can be sent via support ticket.

TeleVisit reminder along with the meeting link will be setup to send via email for future appointments.

4. Generating Web kiosk Links

Patients will now receive appointment confirmation email when scheduled and the kiosk link via email reminder to complete the paper work before their appointment, which will be sent via email entered in patient demographics, details are mentioned below;

Kiosk link can be generated for any future appointments from calendar which can either be sent via email or link copied to send in a text message on patient cell#.

Patients would need to enter DOB saved in demographics for verification
Patient’s demographics, insurance, clinical summary, forms & co-payments can be stored via web-kiosk in Practice EHR and patients can check-in 30 minutes prior to their appointment otherwise they will receive a prompt stating; "Thank you for completing your forms. Your forms have been received. Your scheduled appointment is (HH:MM) on (DDMMYYYY) at (Location), please check-in within 30 minutes of your appointment when you are in office"

Check-in time and email template is customizable upon Practice request which can be sent via support ticket.
