A walkthrough of three parts of the Insurance tab.

In the plan section, you view and update plan details with the Update Plan button.

The eligibility section checks the information from the plan section, and Practice EHR also runs an automatic eligibility check 24 hours before each scheduled appointment, with the results showing up in both the eligibilities list and the calendar in the scheduling module. The

Insured Party section fills itself in when the relationship is set to Self in the Demographic tab; for any other relationship, you enter those details by hand.
