Import & Download File & Additional Options

A look at the extra actions in the Documents tab's top menu bar.

Import File brings in outside documents like driver's licenses or insurance cards. Download saves a copy, which lands in the inbox section of the home module once it's ready.

To attach a document to a message, open the gear icon, choose Link to Message, and assign it to the provider or staff member who needs to review it. The same gear icon also has a scan option for pulling documents straight into Practice EHR.
