Immunization

The immunization report shows all the vaccines given to the patient.

• In the immunization window, you can see a report of vaccines given to a patient and search by account #, patient name and more. Click the “Advanced Search” checkbox if you want more fields.
• The immunization report will include patient name, provider, immunization name, date of service and more.
• Vaccines can also be exported in the form of HL7 file to be submitted to the registry.
