Encounter Form

Learn how to set up and design the encounter form.

The encounter form allows you to communicate your charges.
See and select charges to be billed, select and associate diagnosis codes to your billed charges.
Once you have finished inputting your charges you can then mark the encounter as “Ready to Bill”. This will generate a billed visit to be sent to the insurance or patient.
Here you can also customize and design your encounter to meet your practices specific needs by using the design feature.
